Therapeutic / remedial massage
I studied therapeutic massage over 30 years ago. I understand if you are having pain in one area it may need to be released somewhere else first so the muscles can relax. I discovered combining my varied studies, I was able to offer a more deeper relaxation through massage and sound and called it somatic massage.

Sound Healing South Coogee
I completed (March 2024) my Diploma of Sound Healing 1-2-1, and this allows me to work professionally 1-2-1 with clients, helping them heal from various ailments using my sound healing instruments and my voice.
A sound healing is very relaxing and often clients fall asleep on the table. As our bodies are energy, the vibration of the sounds are able to move through our bodies easily and help shift stuck emotions or beliefs and can release pain and help with the healing process.

Sound bath with Simone
Experience the healing benefits of a sound bath Eastern Suburbs Sydney
A sound bath is where a group of people are experiencing a sound healing session together. My sound baths are all held in South Coogee. Sessions are held Sunday afternoons 4:00pm - 6:00pm in summer months (Oct, Nov, Dec, Jan, Feb Mar) and 2:00pm - 4:00pm in winter (Apr, May, Jun, Jul, Aug, Sept). A yoga mat, blanket and 3D eye pillow will be provided.
I take you on a journey using Crystal Singing Bowls (full chakra range), practitioner's crystal challis, Tibetan Singing Bowls (full chakra range), hand held drum x 2, ocean drum, rain disc, rain tower, gong x 3, koshi chimes, tingchas, kalimba, and my voice.
All sound baths begin with a shamanic meditation, and end with a group healing.

I was always a healthy and active child who learned about grief at a young age. This led me on a journey of self-discovery and spiritual practises to help me understand why I am here and what it is I am meant to be doing. A major part of my journey was being diagnosed with hypothyroidism in 2002 and learning how my diet caused this. I have been studying sound healing, theta healing, eft (tapping) and shamanic practices to be able to help clients heal on the physical, emotional, mental and spiritual levels. I live in Sydney, Australia.
