Sound Bath
Sound Baths are held each month on a Thursday night or Sunday afternoon as close to the new moon as possible at Totem Hall. Totem Hall is run by Randwick Council and is located at 220R Malabar Rd, South Coogee.
The new moon is about manifesting your dreams and the sound bath helps to shift and release old blocks and then we set a intention of what we want to manifest.

Are you holding a special event and would like to give your guests something different. Simone can come to your place and hold a 1 hour sound bath for you and your guests. It is preferable that number of guests is limited to 20. Please email simone to discuss - simbaron12@gmail.com

My intention for creating a sound bath each month is to help people return their nervous system to a place of calm. Our world is so fast paced and we are all so tired that we don't often have the time or know how to return to a place of calm.

I have done a diplome of sound therapy with the Sound Healing Academy for one on one, and a intensive weekend with group sound healing. Many people will come to my sound baths saying they have been to sound baths before but they were very different to mine

I have done a 2 year shamanic practice course, and this allows me to bring in a form of meditation where we call on the spirits of the East, North, West and South to help us journey. Next I bring in some quantum healing releasing a belief or emotion from past lives, this life and future lives. Finishing I do a healing, where each person nominates someone who to receive this healing from the group.

In March 2025 I took my EFT (tapping) skills to a new level studying with Jenny Johnston who teaches and does sessions on taking people to past lives to see where this "lack of", "issue" may have started and be able to clear it so that it no longer affects us in this life. As I keep studying with Jenny I will be bringing into my sessions the ability to release from past lives.
