Sound Baths are held each month on a Wednesday or Thursday night as close to the new moon as possible. The new moon is about manifesting your dreams and the sound bath helps to shift and release old blocks and then we set a intention of what we want to manifest.

Marou Home is located at 1/25-29 McKeon Street, Maroubra Beach. This studio is where all sound baths are held. It has space for 11 people to comfortably participate. All mats, bolsters, blankets and eye masks are supplied. Please bring a pillow with you.
