Somatic massage will be available by appointment on Friday and Saturdays. They are limited to 3 per day, 10am, 12noon and 2pm. On average a session will be longer than 1 hour as I allow 1 hour on the table.
The first sound bath for 2026 is on March 22 and you can get tickets at Humanitix. There will 8 tickets available each month.
Sound healing has been around for thousands of years, as the Tibetan singing bowl dating back over 2,000 years. Using a variety of instruments sound healing has been shown to reduce stress, improve sleep, enhance mindfulness, manage pain, decrease anxiety and reduce cortisol levels.
I have noticed through my work that many people have trouble being able to forgive themselves. This 4 week course will combine sound healing, ho'oponopono, shamanic practices and meditation to help bring your physical, mental and emotional to a place of calm.

A sound bath is very similar to a sound healing, however this is when there is a group of people. I run my Sound Baths on a Sunday afternoon 4:30pm - 5:45pm, they cost $40 per person, and are limited to 8 people per session.
